- Billing will be made in the name of M/s.
- If original bill is not received / lost, duplicate scanned copies can be sent.
- Subscription periodicity details will be sent along with the receipt.
- Dispatch will be done through courier or registered parcel service if the addressee is the agent.
- If the order is received after dispatch of particular Journal, and if requested issue is not available then the periodicity will start from next issue which will be on mutual acceptance.
- Tracking number will be the proof for dispatch.
- The dispatch date and tracking number will be sent with end user names to agent through mail after every dispatch.
- In case of missing or damage claim of any issues (within 2 months from the published date) the issue will be resent, based on availability.
- Online access will be provided, if hard copies are not available.
Further requests for the same issue cannot be entertained.
- Renewal notifications will be sent after the dispatch of 3rd issue and will be sent through mails to the dealer.
- Soft copy of annual catalogues will be sent to dealer, and if requested hard copy will be sent.
