Banking plays a critical part in the economic growth of all nations in the world. Cash, credit, and other financial transactions are handled by the banking sector. A bank employee's primary responsibility is to monitor the amount of money entering and leaving the bank in a day. In addition to these duties, banking employees also provide their clients with financial support. With the lot of responsibility, the bank employees are unable to manage their personal and work lives. The objectives of the current investigation is i) to find out the factors influencing the work-life balance of bank employees and ii) to find out the satisfaction level of bank employees. For this study a sample size of 120 persons were selected, and the process resulted in the collection of 90 responses completed on all parameters for data analysis and interpretation using the convenience sampling method. Only Indian Bank employees in three taluks are covered in this study. The result of the Mann-Whitney U test indicates that the P value is higher than the significant value; hence, the null hypothesis is accepted at a 5 percent significance level. It is concluded that there is no significant difference between age groups and the factors influencing work-life balance.
