Banking plays a critical part in the economic growth of all nations, not only India. Cash, credit, and other financial transactions are handled by the banking sector. Bank employee’s primary responsibility is to monitor the amount of money entering in and leaving the bank in a day. In addition to these duties, banking employees also provide their clients with financial support. With the lot of responsibility, the bank employees are unable to manage their personal and work life. The objectives of the studies are i) to find out the factors influencing work life balance of bank employees. ii) to find out the satisfaction level of bank employees) . For this study a sample size of 120 were selected and the process resulted in collection of 90 responses completed on all parameters for data analysis and interpretation using convenience sampling method. Only Indian Bank employees in three taluks are covered in this study. The result of Mann-Whitney U test refers that the P value is higher than the significant value, Hence the null hypothesis is accepted at 5 percent of significant level. It is concluded that There is no significant difference between Age group and the factors influencing work life balance. Overload of work has been influencing the employees' work-life balance; the organization must improve technologies and minimize the work with AI tools and implement the technology for their employees.
