Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving job market, the transition from academia to industry poses significant challenges for fresh graduates. Understanding industry expectations and aligning career readiness strategies with these demands is crucial for successful integration into the professional world. This paper explores the perspectives of fresh graduates, the skills they need to thrive, and how educational institutions can better prepare students for their careers. Industry has its requirements and based on the requirements the students need to be relevant. Hence we need to make things happen by preparing students to the industry expectation. This alignment will make students relevant to the industry. We also should make a sincere attempt to make certain preparations in terms of job skills and professional competencies among graduates and post graduates.
