Understanding the job market, it involves current trends and demands in each sector as well as sectors with highest growth potential can create a greater opportunity. Being relevant is the key to succeed. Market needs people who are ready to do the given work and to perform/ produce productivity. Productivity is measurable and hence performance too can be measured. To perform one need to learn skill-set and imbibe a culture of making things happen. The impact of technology and automation can make things happens. The employability and soft skills required is important for adaptability and continuous learning.
