The Covid 19 was spread to India not only in 2019. In this situation many companies had to face catastrophic losses. During the Covid 19 period, this bank plays a key role in helping companies meet their needs and the public fulfill their daily needs. It is more convenient save time and to pay the television, electricity, recharge and rent bills, book a cylinder, insurance, online shopping, and other areas. It is easily through a computer, smart phone, laptop, lablet and so on. Customers are more satisfied through e-banking services during the lockdown period likes food and medicines. E-Banking is safe due to a fully inbuilt secured system with passwords and a good internet connection. Customers can access their accounts from anywhere and at any time. The customer can stay at home and avail of the e-banking services. For the purpose of the study primary data was collected from 120 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The main objective of the research paper is to identify the satisfaction level of E.banking customer during the Covid -19 period. Majority of the respondents were selected save time and energy. Therefore customers are feeling completely safe and easily accessible in online transaction. Hence the present study has been conducted to find the “ Effectiveness of E.banking services during Covid 19 period”.
