The objectives of this study are to examine the acceptance of cashless methods of payment among consumers and to identify the consumer perception towards cashless transaction. The study focuses on impact of cashless economy on consumer transaction in Kanyakumari District. Primary data collection involves convenience sampling with a sample size of 100. Secondary data were obtained from journals, books, websites and databases.
