Work-Life Balance of Women Entrepreneurs

Abstract

Women’s play multiple role in different stages of their life. Many women’s opt to be entrepreneurs so that they can manage both household and business works. Work-life balance involves effectively managing personal and professional responsibilities. A healthy and well-structured work life is essential for maintaining work-life balance. The aim of the study was to explore the impact on work-life balance and to examine the work-life balance challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. For this study, 80 women entrepreneurs were selected from Kanniyakumari district using convenience sampling method. Primary and secondary data were collected for this study and SPSS tools were used to analyze the data. The research found that there is no significant difference between the age group of the respondents and the impact on work-life balance of women entrepreneurs. The study concludes that it is very important for women entrepreneurs to maintain work-life balance to achieve their goals and to reach higher success.
