Abstract

The Centralized E-Warranty System with Blockchain Security offers a pioneering solution to the challenges entrenched in conventional warranty management methods. This paper delineates a comprehensive platform leveraging mobile technology and real-time data analytics to elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. By facilitating seamless registration, dealer management, and product assignment for companies, this system ensures immediate access to warranty information through automated e-warranty generation through QR code scanning. Furthermore, the optional integration of blockchain technology enhances data security, immutability, and transparency, fostering heightened trust and integrity. This paper holds profound significance as it empowers companies to optimize warranty management practices, reduce operational overhead and provide valuable data insights. Customers benefit from a simplified method to track product warranties, while dealers experience streamlined tasks.
