This paper is to investigate the transitioning from analogue broadcasting to digital broadcasting in Ghana and how Ghanaians will easily adapt to it. The migration from analog television broadcasting to digital television broadcasting is a very complex and sensitive process which will affect almost every Ghanaian including the government, broadcasters, signal distributors, stakeholders and consumers. The objective of this paper is to investigate the transitioning from analogue broadcasting to digital broadcasting in Ghana and how Ghanaians will easily adapt to it. This research work give an overview of analog and digital broadcasting and the benefits stakeholders will drive from migrating from analog to digital broadcasting. The research further came out with some vital statistics about the public knowledge of the migration process and public usage of broadcasting in Ghana. Based on the findings some implications were drawn and recommendation given.
