The goal of this study is to develop and manufacture a system that boosts loom productivity and efficiency in a variety of ways while keeping costs low. The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a solid-state device that performs logical decision-making for industrial control and automation applications. As a result, the proposed system will be both economical and efficient. The paper's main goal is to convert a simple power loom into an auto loom by exploiting the benefits of a Programmable Logic Controller. It serves as the system's beating heart. Weaving is the process of creating fabric by interlacing warp and weft threads, and the tool used to do so is called a weaving machine. The suggested technology is based on a "simple power loom" that is primarily mechanically controlled. There are enormous number of plain power loom owners in India, who are tiny enterprises that are unable to afford automatic looms due to their high cost.
