Abstract

The teenage and the adolescent are under stress, found, with dilemma and unable to decide on what they are to do. This stress keeps them inactive from many of their schedules.They been observed that the individuals are exposed with many stresses during the developmental period. Belly breathing exercise can identify as the relief measure to find solutions. the objective of the study is to assess and compare the pre test and post test level of stress among adolescent students in study  group and control group, to evaluate the effectiveness of belly breathing exercise on level of stress among adolescent students in study group and to determine the association between post test level of a stress among  adolescent students with their selected demographic variables in study group and control group.
