Abstract

Cyber shopping is rapidly growing across various sectors, with new trends emerging daily due to technological advancements. The cyber shopping sector has experienced significant economic growth following the COVID-19 pandemic. However, customers face various challenges when making purchases online. Despite the global increase in cyber shopping sales, safety concerns continue to create slight hesitations among customers. This study aims to identify the key issues influencing customers' purchasing decisions regarding cyber shopping in Nagercoil Town. Primary data were collected using the convenience sampling method, with 200 respondents participating. Secondary data were gathered from journals, books, websites, and databases. The findings reveal that cash on delivery is the most preferred payment method, whereas debit card payments are the least preferred.
