General Conditions.

Billing

  1. Billing will be made in the name of M/s.
  2. If original bill is not received / lost, duplicate scanned copies alone can be sent.
  3. Subscription periodicity details will be sent along with the receipt.

Dispatch mode

  1. Dispatch will be done through ordinary postal service if the addressee will be the end user. (On request the issues will be sent by courier or registered parcel service for which additional payment is to be remitted.)
  2. Dispatch will be done through courier or registered parcel service if the addressee will be the agent.
  3. If the order is received after dispatch of particular Journal, and if requested issue is not available then the periodicity will start from next issue which will be on mutual acceptance.

Dispatch Proof

  1. Dispatch date or the tracking number (if sent through courier or registered post) will be the proof for dispatch.
  2. The dispatch date will be sent with end user names to agent through mail after every dispatch.

Replacement

  1. In case of missing or damage claim of any issues (within 2 months from the published date) the issue will be resent, based on availability. Online access will be provided, if hard copies are not available.
  2. Further requests for the same issue cannot be entertained.

Renewal

  1. Renewal notifications will be sent after the dispatch of 3rd issue and will be sent through mails to the dealer.
  2. Soft copy of annual Catalogues will be sent to dealer, if requested hard copy will be sent.
