Abstract

Women play multiple roles at different stages of their lives. Many women choose to become entrepreneurs to balance household and business responsibilities effectively. Work-life balance entails managing personal and professional obligations efficiently. A healthy and well-structured work-life system is crucial for achieving this balance. This study aimed to explore the impact of work-life balance and examine the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in this regard. A total of 80 women entrepreneurs from Kanyakumari district were selected using the convenience sampling method. Both primary and secondary data were collected for analysis, with SPSS tools employed for data evaluation. The findings indicate no significant difference between the respondents' age groups and the impact on the work-life balance of women entrepreneurs. The study concludes that maintaining work-life balance is essential for women entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and attain greater success.
