Abstract

This paper examines the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with transactional strategies in education, focusing on digital storytelling as a teaching tool. It explores how these methods enhance student engagement, creativity, and understanding. ICT supports interactive, student-centred learning, while transactional strategies promote collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Digital storytelling allows students to create narratives using digital tools, making learning more meaningful. The study reviews literature, case studies, and theoretical analysis, showing that ICT-integrated strategies improve student outcomes, particularly in critical thinking and creativity. Challenges include resource limitations, teacher training, and resistance to new technologies. The assignment recommends investing in infrastructure and professional development to overcome these obstacles. Despite challenges, integrating ICT and transactional strategies through digital storytelling makes learning more engaging and accessible, improving educational outcomes.
