Then the I-V and P-V characteristics are obtained from the simulation of different models. In order to maximize the output of a SPV system, tracking of the MPP is necessary. To extract the maximum power of a SPV system, the developed models are integrated with DC-DC converter with MPPT algorithm implemented in it.
