Therefore, it is essential that all three of them work in collaboration, extend their support and have well developed understanding to make the experience meaningful. In my paper to follow, I will discuss the background and significance of preceptorship and its application in clinical practice. Integrate the Synergy model of preceptorship for learning and care. Later in the paper, I will discuss the roles and functions of the preceptor, challenges, training needs, and the benefits of preceptorship model at the organization level.
