Yet, open discussions on sexual issues are still sometimes taboo in this day and age. PLISSIT model can be used for older adults as well to assess sexual health and guide the interventions. The longevity of life is increasing day by day; we nurses have to care about the sexual health of the geriatric patients in order to improve the quality of life of older patients.
