To review the theoretical examination and to add the practical touch, we want to explore the relationship between servant leadership behaviour and the big five personality factors (Extroversion, Agreeableness, Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness and Neuroticism). There are 36 sample is taken to test the servant leadership with support of questionnaire. The Big Five Personality Inventory is used to evaluate the servant leadership behaviour and the personality of the individual. Statistical analysis includes Pearson correlations and Linear Regression, which determine the relationship between each personality factor and servant leadership behavior. Post hoc stepwise regression analysis additionally determines which personality variable would be the best predictors for the SLQ subscales. The research findings reveal a strong positive relationship between servant leadership and neuroticism and openness to experiences. This study contributes to organizations and leaders to consider personality traits when promoting servant leadership behaviour and hiring potential employees.
