It plays a vital role in integrating various stake holders and channel partners involved in day-to-day operations. In the present, Globalized competitive environment adoption of technology has become inevitable and Organizations are competing with one other for small product margins. The objective of this paper is to investigate under which circumstances SERP may be involved in transformation of Organization resources to achieve Global supply chain competitiveness. The paper further examines its role in contribution to Knowledge Management applications and its support for Corporate Decision making.
