jcs.6.4.13807 Design of Circular Polarized Printed Patch Antenna for Bandwidth Enhancement Swapnil Prajapati Manish Kumar Journal on Communication Engineering and Systems 2277-5242 6 4 29 33 10.26634/jcs.6.4.13807 Microstrip Patch Antennas (MPAs), Bandwidth Enhancement, Circularly Polarized, Microstrip Feedline, Parasitic Patch The proposed antenna is designed with a partial ground and a rectangular slot and parasitic patches. It has an improved impedance bandwidth of 12.28% (3.07 GHz - 9.65 GHz) and its 3dB axial-ratio bandwidth is from 3.90 GHz - 5.79 GHz. Peak gain of the proposed antenna is 4.46 dB. Antenna is fed by a simple microstrip feedline. This antenna is applicable for WiMAX (3.3, 3.5, 5.8 GHz), WLAN (5.1 - 5.8 GHz), Wi-Fi (3.6, 4.9, 5, 5.9 GHz), LTE 42/43 (3.4 - 3.8 GHz), radar and satellite system. Simulation has been done by using HFSS V13 software. August - October 2017 Copyright © 2017 i-manager publications.
